Pops and hisses from the fire
whistles with the bells and choir
Tomorrow's what I'm waiting for
But I can wait a little more.

Snowmen fall to earth
un-assembled
made with our love and care.
A carrot for a nose, coal for the eyes
and a bundle of straw for the hair.
Our hands get cold
but are hearts are warmed
as we watch the Snowman grow
and what they get up to midnight
I guess we'll never know!

There is a little Snowflake
swirling way up high.
I wish that he would hurry up
and fall out from the sky.
I hope that he remembers
to bring his friends in tow.
It takes more than a single flake
to really call it Snow.
And when it is packed tightly
there's so much you can do.
You can have a Snowball fight
and build a Snowman too.
Add a face and that you see
that's really all it takes.
To buld a Special Snowman
from just a bunch of flakes.

I made myself a Snowman
as perfect as could be.
I thought I'd like to keep him ,as a pet
and let him sleep with me.
I made it some pyjamas
and a pillow for it's head.
Then last night it ran away
but first it wet my bed.
Mum and Dad/ Daughter/Son/ Friend etc.....
It means so much throughout the year
to have a Mum and Dad like you.
You're thoughtful, warm and caring
and understanding too.
That's why this Christmas message
comes with thanks and special love.
